CAKE TOPPING OPTIONS

1. Fondant -  We use best quality fresh fondant for each cake. Fondant makes the cake look pretty, very smooth and can be made in any color. Fondant makes for some gorgeous and and creative cakes. It also holds up well in heat if you have an outdoor party.

Fondant is Sugar dough and tastes very sweet. The extra sweetness may not be liked by some.

2. Poured Chocolate Ganache’ - Made with quality semi-sweet chocolate and fresh dairy cream.

3. Whipped Fresh Cream - Light and sweet  with color of your choice.

4. Italian Meringue Butter Cream - Silky smooth butter cream with no aftertaste.

5. Chocolate Truffle - Tastes good in frosting and fillings.
