Miras DialACake  believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order placed on www.mirasdialacake.com ?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order after order confirmation with full or part payment, we will assist you in cancellation and refund as per the process outlined below.

For outright cancellations:

- Please send email message or WhatsApp message from the same email id or WhatsApp number from which order was placed requesting cancellation of the order.

- Once the order is confirmed a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged and refund amount paid as Store credit or refunded.

-     If order is cancelled three or more day before your product is due for delivery, cancellation charges will be 25% of the order value and balance amount will be given as store credit or refunded. 

-     If you cancel your order three or less days before your product is due for delivery, we will give store credit/refund of 50% of the order value.

-    If the cancellation is done one day prior or on the delivery date, no refund will be given.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received the Cake in a bad condition or the cake is damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Also, please call our customer care at 6361875851 or email us at business@miras.in mentioning your Order ID. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or we will refund the full amount paid by you towards your order.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the  box, figurines and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
•  The return duration is same day within 6 hours. The product to be returned must be returned the same day, else it will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
